OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Open to legal residents of the state of California who are 16 years of age or older and are individual employees whose employers are restaurant, foodservice or hospitality companies in California. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of The National Restaurant Association Solutions, LLC ("Sponsor"), its respective parent (National Restaurant Association), subsidiary and affiliated companies; employees, contractors, directors and officers of the California Restaurant Association and any affiliated entity; and the web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and sweepstakes agencies, advertising, fulfillment, judging and sweepstakes agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Parties"), and the immediate family members of each such person (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in the same household of any such person (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes) are not eligible to enter or win.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins on December 14, 2011 at 12:00:01 am Pacific Time ("PT") and ends January 24, 2012 at 11:59:59 pm PT (the "Sweepstakes Period").
TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://bragwin.servsafe.com/ ("Web Site") and complete the online registration form and create an account to receive one (1) entry. You will be able to receive one (1) additional entry when you invite someone else who is in the beverage and food industry via the share tools that will be provided on the Web Site and that person creates an online account after clicking through to the Website from the link provided in the message you send and meets the eligibility requirements stated above. There are four (4) methods for sharing this Sweepstakes: via Facebook Share, Twitter Share and Google and E-mail. Limit twenty (20) "share" entries per person.

Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Automated methods of entry are prohibited and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Participants may not use any device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any participant who uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Google. If you are selected as a winner, your information may be included in a publicly-available winner's list.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS, ODDS, AND PRIZES: First Prize winners will be selected in a series of six random drawings from all eligible entries received per the schedule below by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Non-winning entries received will be included in subsequent drawings. A Grand prize drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted on or about January 26, 2012. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize: $2,000 awarded in the form of a check.

Six (6) First Prizes (one per Drawing Period): $500 awarded in the form of a check.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one First Prize per person. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the respective prize, and the Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS Forms 1099 for the value of the prize. No transfer or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor's decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential Prize winners will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or traceable method of delivery and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release ("Release"), IRS Form W-9 (Grand Prize winner only), and a Publicity Release, all of which must be returned within 10 days from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. If a potential winner is a minor, the Release must be completed by the winner's parent/legal guardian and, if eligible, the prize will be awarded to such winner's parent or legal guardian. In the event of non-compliance with these official rules, or if the prize or prize notification is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, awarded to an alternate potential winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants (parents/legal guardians) agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification or permission. Upon request, winners will confirm their consent to such in writing.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will award the prize in a random manner to be determined by Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by all applicable laws, including the laws of the state of Illinois and entrant consents to jurisdiction and venue in, and agrees that all claims and dispute must be resolved in, the federal or state courts in Cook County, Illinois.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or any of its affiliates or Sweepstakes Parties resulting from user's participation in, attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, or download of any information in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or any of its affiliates or Sweepstakes Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences, without limitation, that may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any email transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted email transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet; unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bug, worm; or destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor or any affiliate thereof is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prize or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user's own risk. Sponsor and its affiliates and the Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind that may be sustained to user's or any other person's mobile device resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, use of the Web Site or the download of any information from the Web Site. As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, its affiliates, and Sweepstakes Parties from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize, including any traveling related thereto; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award, if any, shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.
